Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. raisins
    little cloves
    little cinnamon
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in large saucepan.
    Let this mixture boil for a few minutes and remove from stove.
    Let cool (put pan in sink of cold water to cool off), then stir in 2 cups flour and 2 teaspoons baking soda.
    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put mixture in pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
