Chicken Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and deboned
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced pimento stuffed olives
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (reserving liquid)
    1/4 tsp. curry
    1/3 c. mayo
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed, omitting butter.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Add onion, pepper and artichokes.
    Add chicken.
    Mix curry, mayo and liquid from artichoke hearts.
    Pour over salad and chill 24 hours.
