Savory Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

self-rising flour
corn flake crumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
pork chops
garlic salt

Preparation

Mix equal parts self-rising flour and corn flake crumbs on paper towel.
In shallow wide dish, mix egg and water together. Dip pork chops in egg mixture and roll in flour and corn flake mixture.
Fry in skillet or bake in oven at 350\u00b0, whichever you desire.
Season with garlic salt.
