Reuben Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    12 oz. cooked corned beef, sliced thin
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1/4 c. rye bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place sauerkraut in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with corned beef, then shredded cheese.
    Combine mayonnaise and Thousand Island dressing.
    Spread over cheese.
    Top with tomato slices; set aside.
    Place butter in small glass bowl.
    Microwave for about 1 minute or until melted.
    Stir in bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle buttered crumbs over tomato slices.
    Microwave for 12 to 14 minutes
    on Roast.
    Serves 6.
