Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. steak, cut into 1-inch strips
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced onion
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Roll steak in flour and brown in a large skillet.
Add all other ingredients plus 1 quart of water.
Simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
