Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 yellow squash
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    4 crumbled soda crackers
    1 egg
    grated cheese
    very thin onion slices
Preparation
    Cook squash until soft.
    Drain and add salt, pepper, margarine, crackers and egg.
    Pour into casserole.
    Top with grated cheese and onion slices.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
