Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick margarine
1 doz. eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. ham or sausage
1 1/2 lb. loose hash browns
2 c. diced Cheddar or American cheese
salt and pepper lightly
Preparation

Melt margarine in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Lay hash browns over margarine.
Layer meat and cheese over hash browns.
I separate bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together, then pour over the casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes covered, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
