Magic Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 egg, slightly beaten
6 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Chill before rolling out.
Makes 5 pie crusts.
