Pasta Primavera With Alaskan Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. Alaskan salmon, cooked and flaked
    1 small yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 c. cooked peas
    1/2 c. diced tomato
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. white wine
    8 oz. spinach fettuccine, cooked and drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onions in margarine.
    Add flour and herbs; cook and stir 1 minute.
    Add milk; cook and stir until thick.
    Add salmon, squash, peas, tomato, parsley and wine.
    Toss hot noodles with vegetable mixture.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with lemon wedges.
    Makes about 6 servings.
    Low calorie; contains approximately 267 calories per serving.
