Honey Glazed Brussels Sprouts With Pine Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. honey
1/2 c. pine nuts, lightly toasted
Preparation

Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Cut an X into stem end of each sprout with tip of sharp knife.
Plunge Brussels sprouts into hot water.
Return to boil and cook 5 to 10 minutes over medium-high heat until tender.
Refresh under cold running water.
Drain well.
In large skillet before serving, melt butter.
Add the cooked Brussels sprouts and honey.
Saute over medium heat until glazed and heated through.
Add pine nuts and toss to mix.
Season to taste and serve immediately.
Serves 6.
