Corn-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 stick oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onion
shredded cheese
Preparation

Cook rice by package directions; add the stick of oleo.
Mix corn and soup with rice.
Add onion.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into casserole dish.
Cover top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes (until cheese melts).
