German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiled and cubed potatoes
    2 hard-boiled eggs, cubed up
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled (reserve 1/4 c. fat)
    1/2 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Add onion, flour, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed to bacon fat.
    Cook until onion is tender.
    Add vinegar and water.
    Pour over potatoes and eggs; put in crock-pot if you want to keep it warm.
    Good cold also.
