Real Chinese Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 lb. beef or chicken, cut into cubes or strips
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of Accent seasoning
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Marinate beef or chicken overnight. Broil or bake chicken 1/2 to 1 hour, and beef for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Bake at 300\u00b0. You can also put beef on sticks.
