Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. rice
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sweet peppers, diced
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Brown sausage half done; put in celery, peppers and onions and simmer.
    While this is simmering, bring chicken broth to a boil, then add rice.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, then add sausage mixture to the broth.
    Put in a casserole dish and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
