Potato Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. shredded potatoes
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. sliced olives
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Sloppy Joe, taco or spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Shred potatoes in bowl; mix egg, soup, salt and pepper. Spread in a large baking pan; bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Saute ground beef and onion; drain off grease.
    Stir in sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle 2/3 cup shredded cheese over the potatoes.
    Spoon meat mixture over cheese and top with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes longer.
