Rhubarb Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2/3 c. oil
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Mix together adding rhubarb and nuts last.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Pour in mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
