Mountain Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 stick margarine
1 can of any fruit pie filling
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put margarine into 2 quart baking dish; set in oven, melting margarine.
In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk.
When butter is melted, pour flour and milk mixture in the center of butter.
Do not stir or mix with batter, let butter come up around the batter evenly.
Pour can of fruit pie filling in the center of mixture; do not stir, batter will bake around it. Bake for 45 minutes.
