Crunchy Pecan Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. ice water
1 pinch salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter.
Add sugar and pecans.
Add flour, ice water and vanilla alternately.
Shape between fingers and cook 45 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
Remove while hot and roll in powdered sugar.
