Chocolate Eclairs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg.(3 oz.) regular vanilla pudding
    6 Tbsp. banana liqueur, if desired
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 c. chilled whipping cream
    1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare pudding according to directions, except use 3 cups milk.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in liqueur and cover, refrigerate.
