Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chicken
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. poultry seasonings
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 pound butter in baking dish.
    Mix dry ingredients. Dip chicken in dry mixture and arrange chicken skin side down in a single layer.
    Bake in oven at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Then turn chicken and bake about 20 minutes more, lift chicken from pan and make gravy.
