Zucchini-Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 medium zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper
    butter or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Peel zucchini; do not remove seeds (unless using very large zucchini).
    Slice into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
    Brown in hot butter or oil.
    Slices should still be firm.
    Layer zucchini with cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
