Green Beans With Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
    2 shallots, minced
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
    15 to 20 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Boil green beans 4 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
    Drain. Add shallots, mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to small saucepan.
    Heat until hot to touch.
    Toss green beans with dressing to coat.
    Add dill and halved or whole cherry tomatoes.
