Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jacket until they can be grated (about 20 minutes). Peel and grate. Melt butter. Add cheese. Stir in sour cream and other ingredients. Cook in greased casserole with 2 tablespoons butter on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
