Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients
(mix
by hand).
Mix dry ingredients and oil;
blend.
Add
eggs and beat.
Add carrots.
Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
