Christmas Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn (undrained)
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until mixture is thoroughly heated.
    Serve corn with slotted spoon.
    Yields 8 servings.
