Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 strips bacon
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    2 c. water
    2 c. broccoli
    2 c. milk
    1/2 medium onion
    1 stalk celery
    2 or 3 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp; drain.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons fat.
    Dice vegetables.
    Add water and bacon.
    Cook until very tender.
    Add cornstarch and milk.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
