Potato Rolls(Chilled) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mashed potato
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    4 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add milk, Crisco, salt, mashed potato and eggs.
    Gradually add flour.
    Chill dough 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
