Grandma Waters' Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes, peeled
    6 large onions
    5 large green peppers
    1 hot pepper (add 2 hot peppers if hotter flavor desired)
    4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Grind onions, peppers and tomatoes.
    Add to rest of ingredients; cook until thickened, stirring occasionally (3 to 4 hours).
    Pour into sterilized hot jars.
    Wipe tops of jars with damp cloth and wax over.
