Mexitaly Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium can stewed tomatoes
    1 small can pinto beans
    1 medium onion
    1 to 2 cloves or 1 tsp. powdered garlic
    1 red or green pepper
    1 stalk celery
    1 carrot
    1 zucchini (1 large or 2 small)
    1 tsp. chili powder or mixed Italian spices
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Add 2
    tablespoons olive oil to a large deep frypan and cook ground
    beef.
    Add\tchopped
    onions,
    garlic,
    peppers, carrots, celery
    and zucchini.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Add
    spices and
    stewed
    tomatoes.
    Cook 1/2 hour.
    Add pinto beans and
    cook another 10 minutes.
    This dish tastes great on macaroni or rice.
