Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped bell peppers
5 chicken breasts
1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
1 large can mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can English peas
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts. Take cooked chicken and set aside to cool. Cook vermicelli in chicken broth, then drain. Saute onions and peppers in margarine. Set aside. Chop chicken and Velveeta. Add to vermicelli. Add onions, peppers, mushrooms and peas. Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
