Peach Or Berry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. plus 1 c. fresh peaches or berries
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1 rounded c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Boil first 6 ingredients together for 5 minutes, stirring gently, very often.
    Set aside.
    Melt butter in 8-inch square pan or deep dish that is ovensafe.
    Combine sugar, milk and flour. Stir and pour into pan over butter.
    Then pour fruit mixture on top of flour mixture.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
