Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf day old bread
    warm water
    1/2 onion, minced
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    cooked giblets, diced
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. sage
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    broth
Preparation
    Cube loaf of day old bread and sprinkle generously with warm water.
    Let stand.
    Cook onion in butter until clear.
    Over crumbs sprinkle salt, pepper, sage and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Then add baking powder, onion, celery and giblets.
    Stir this well.
    Moisten with broth from bird until fairly moist.
    Cook 30 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
