Jellied Peach Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can peaches
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of salt
    1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
Preparation
    Drain peaches, reserving juice and puree in blender.
    Add water to juice to make 1 cup liquid.
    Pour into saucepan; add sugar and nutmeg.
    Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute. Empty jello into a bowl and pour in hot liquid.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add pureed peaches and pour into mold.
    Chill until set.
    Serve this instead of cranberry sauce.
