Ritz Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    In another bowl, beat whites of 3 eggs adding 1/2 cup sugar.
    Add to first mixture, mixing well together.
    Press out in greased 8-inch Pyrex pie dish, pulling up on side of dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Whip 1 pint of cream. Place on top of pie after it is cold.
    Grate bittersweet chocolate over top.
    Sweeten cream with 4x sugar to taste.
