Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    4 c. fresh bread cubes (no crusts)
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple and juice
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
    Stir in bread cubes, pineapple and milk.
    Bake in oblong (greased) baking dish for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
