Sausage Squash Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (sage)
    4 c. summer yellow squash
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. fresh or process Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. or more garlic
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro or parsley
    2 eggs
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Quarter and cook squash just until tender; drain well and set aside.
    Cook sausage with garlic until done; drain.
    Add squash; gently mix.
    Mix together all dry ingredients and add to sausage and squash.
    Gently blend well.
    Add Parmesan cheese and milk; mix well.
    In a separate bowl beat eggs slightly.
    Gently fold into meat mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve with fresh salad and hot rolls!
