Spinach Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 c. spinach, broken up
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate 2 hours. Yield:
    about 4 to 6 servings.
