Wild Rice With Almonds And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    1/2 slivered almonds
    2 Tbsp. snipped chives
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. butter
    3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute raw rice in butter 10 minutes.
    Add mushrooms.
    Saute 10 minutes more.
    Add chives and pour hot chicken broth over all. Bake in casserole, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6.
