Pasta And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked spiral or elbow pasta
    1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
    Cook and stir zucchini, tomato, onion, pepper and garlic in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    Stir in pasta and the remaining ingredients.
    Cook about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is crisp-tender.
    Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Any other combination of vegetables may be added.
