Refrigerator Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 graham crackers
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. whipping cream
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Crush crackers; roll very fine.
    Line glass pie plate with half of cracker crumbs, but do not butter plate.
    Cream butter; slowly add sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add unbeaten egg; whip thoroughly. Smooth mixture over plate with crumbs.
    Whip cream, fold in pineapple and cover pie.
    Cover with remaining crumbs.
    Cool 6 hours before serving.
