Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. potatoes
    2 c. half and half
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salt water until tender.
    Drain.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Make sauce of rest of the ingredients and pour over potatoes.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
