Pepper Steak With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. round steak, cut in strips
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, sliced or 3 to 4 spring onions
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 can tomatoes with juice
    2 beef bouillon cubes, in 1 c. hot water
    additional water, if needed
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle steak with paprika.
    Let stand while preparing other ingredients.
    Cook steak in butter and garlic salt until browned. Add onion and green pepper.
    Add tomatoes and broth; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
