Garlicky Broiled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    2 bay leaves, crumbled
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
    2 large red bell peppers
    3/4 lb. medium-sized mushrooms, halved
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, stir together lemon juice, oil, wine, garlic and bay leaves.
    Rinse and drain chicken; add to marinade and turn to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 1 day, turning chicken occasionally.
