Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. uncooked rice
4 to 6 chicken breasts, skinned
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 or 3 cans water
Preparation

Melt butter in baking dish.
Sprinkle rice over butter.
Place chicken over rice.
Sprinkle onion soup mix.
Mix mushroom soup in water real good.
Then pour over chicken.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
