Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cucumbers
    dill
    clove of garlic
    pod of pepper (if desired)
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. salt (pickling)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and dry cucumbers.
    Pack in jar in which you have already put dill, clove of garlic and pod of pepper, if desired.
    Boil water, salt, vinegar and sugar.
    Pour immediately over cucumbers and seal jar.
    Hot water bath 5 to 10 minutes or until cucumbers turn slightly yellow.
    Ready in 2 weeks.
