Bagels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
1 Tbsp. salt
2 packs active dry yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

In bowl, combine flour and yeast.
In separate bowl, mix warm water, 3 tablespoons sugar and salt.
Pour over flour mix.
Beat on low for 1/2 minute, scraping sides of bowl.
Beat 3 minutes on high.
Stir in as much remaining flour as you can with spoon.
