Tims Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 to 25 large fresh jalapenos
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
    3 lb. thick sliced bacon
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice jalapenos from stem to tip; open and scoop out seeds. Soak cleaned peppers in cold water. Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic salt and chopped onions. Stuff peppers with ground beef mixture and press in grated Cheddar cheese. Wrap the whole pepper with 1 slice of bacon and secure with toothpick. Place peppers on grill and cook until bacon is done.
