Milk Chocolate Brownie Cake(Serves 16) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. cocoa
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease jelly roll pan with shortening. Heat in saucepan, stirring a few times, margarine or butter, water and cocoa.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter into the pan (batter will be thin).
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Frost cake when cool.
