Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together with a fork.
    In a separate dish, beat together the last 3 ingredients.
    Combine flour mixture with wet mixture (using fork) only until all ingredients are moistened.
    Mold dough into a ball.
    Chill at least 15 minutes before making crusts.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 5 single crusts.
