Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. light cream or evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together at once.
Put in pie shell.
Bake pie in hot oven (450\u00b0) for 12 minutes, and then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake around 30 minutes longer, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
